To ensure product quality and fairness, all returned goods must meet the following conditions:
- The goods must be brand new and unused.
- No artificial stains, scratches, wear, or odors.
- The goods must not have been washed or otherwise treated.
- Original tags, dust bags, packaging boxes, and related accessories must be complete.
- The overall condition of the goods must not affect resale.
We reserve the right to inspect and evaluate returned goods.
If the goods do not meet the return criteria, we may:
- Refuse the refund request; or
- Deduct a fee at our discretion; or
- Return the goods (shipping costs borne by the customer).
Situations Where Returns Are Not Supported

Return Process
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

Please do not return the goods without customer service confirmation.

Once approved, we will provide the following via email:

- Important Notes
- Return Deadline
Step 3: Returning the Goods
- Please ship the goods within 7 days of receiving the confirmation email.
- Please use a trackable shipping method (we recommend keeping the shipping receipt).
- The goods must be properly packaged to avoid Damage during transportation.
- After shipping, please send the tracking number to customer service for record-keeping.
⚠️ Damage to the goods during transportation due to improper packaging may affect the refund.
Step 4: Goods Inspection
We will inspect the goods upon receipt, and the review typically takes 2-3 business days.
The review process includes:
- Product condition
- Integrity of packaging and accessories
- Whether the product meets return standards
Step 5: Refund Processing
After approval:
- Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds will be returned to your original payment account.
- Actual arrival time is usually 3–10 business days (depending on the bank or payment institution).
We will send an email notification after the refund is completed.
Return Shipping Costs
- For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, incorrect size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the product has quality issues or the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 48 hours of signing for the package and provide clear photos. After confirmation, we will assist with the return process.
Customs duties, clearance fees, and original shipping costs for international orders are generally non-refundable.
About International Orders
- Customs duties or clearance fees incurred for international returns are borne by the customer.
- If the package is returned due to unpaid customs duties, the customer may be responsible for the related costs.
We recommend that you understand your country's relevant import policies before placing an order.
