Customs clearance times in some countries may affect the overall delivery cycle.
🇦🇺 Oceania
- Estimated Delivery Time: 8–15 business days
- Carrier: DHL / FedEx International
Delivery time to remote areas may be extended by 2–5 business days.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page based on the receiving country/region.
- All shipping costs are subject to the actual costs displayed on the checkout page.
We will strive to maintain reasonable, transparent shipping costs while ensuring safe, efficient delivery.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
- International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, or value-added tax depending on the policies of the receiving country.
- The recipient bears these costs.
- Aspltrade cannot control the customs policies or fees of different countries.
We recommend that you understand your country's import regulations before placing an order to avoid unnecessary trouble.
Logistics Delay Notice
Although we choose stable and reliable international carriers, the following situations may cause delivery delays:

- Inclement weather

- Flight or transportation delays
- Force majeure
If your package is not updated within the estimated time, please get in touch with us promptly. We will assist in tracking and processing it.

Address and Delivery Responsibility
- Please ensure the delivery address you enter is accurate, complete, and includes a valid contact phone number.
- If the package is returned or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
- After the package is marked as signed for, if there are any issues, please get in touch with us immediately. We will do our best to assist in handling the situation.
